Latest Updates about Chandrayaan 3 Mission by ISRO


The latest update on the Chandrayaan-3 mission is that the spacecraft is now in a lunar orbit. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully performed the second orbit-raising manoeuvre on Saturday, July 16. The spacecraft is now in an orbit that is 41,603 km x 226 km.

The next major milestone for the mission is the soft landing of the lander and rover on the lunar surface. This is scheduled to take place on August 23 or 24. ISRO has said that the health of the spacecraft is "normal" and that they are confident of a successful landing.
