CG PET Counselling 2023: Application Process Begins Today

The CG PET Counselling 2023 application process has begun today, August 11, 2023. The candidates who have qualified for the CG PET 2023 can apply for the counselling through the official website of the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB), cgpeb.cg.gov.in.

The counselling process for CG PET 2023 will be held in two phases. The first phase of counselling will be held for the General Category candidates, and the second phase of counselling will be held for the reserved category candidates.

The first phase of counselling will begin on August 11, 2023, and it will end on August 15, 2023. The second phase of counselling will begin on August 18, 2023, and it will end on August 22, 2023.

The candidates who have qualified for the CG PET 2023 can apply for the counselling by following these steps:

  1. Go to the CGPEB website, cgpeb.cg.gov.in.
  2. Click on the "CG PET Counselling 2023" tab.
  3. Click on the "Apply for Counselling" link.
  4. Enter your registration number and password.
  5. Click on the "Submit" button.
  6. You will be redirected to the counselling application form.
  7. Fill in the counselling application form and submit it.

The counselling application form will require the following details:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Registration number
  • Roll number
  • Category
  • Marks obtained in the CG PET 2023
  • Preferences for colleges and courses

The candidates who have applied for the counselling will be allotted seats in the colleges and courses of their choice, based on their rank in the CG PET 2023 and their preferences. The seat allotment will be done through a computer-based random draw.

The candidates who have been allotted seats in the counselling will have to report to the allotted college for admission formalities. The admission formalities will include the submission of documents, payment of fees, and registration.

The final selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the CG PET 2023, their preferences for colleges and courses, and their performance in the admission formalities.
