When DU Will Begin Its First Semester Classes? - TontufSB News

The first semester classes of UG in DU for the 2023-24 academic year will begin on August 16, 2023. The academic calendar for the 2023-24 academic year has already been released by DU. You can find it here: Du.ac.in/index.php?page=academic-calendar

• The first semester will run from August 16, 2023 to December 12, 2023.
• The theory examinations for the first semester will be held from December 13, 2023 to December 22, 2023.
• There will be a break of one day between the first and second semester, on December 23, 2023.
• The second semester will run from December 24, 2023 to March 24, 2024.
• The theory examinations for the second semester will be held from March 25, 2024 to April 1, 2024.
• The summer vacation will begin on April 2, 2024 and end on August 15, 2024.
