The application fee for AILET 2024 is as follows:
- General Category: INR 2,500
- SC/ST/PwD: INR 1,250
The last date to apply for AILET 2024 is October 15, 2023. The exam will be held on December 10, 2023.

The following are the eligibility criteria for AILET 2024:
- Candidates must have passed the 12th examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
- Candidates must have studied English as a subject at the 12th level.
- Candidates must be eligible for admission to a five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) programme.
