The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 3,831 Junior Assistant (JA) and Clerk posts. The online application process will begin on September 12, 2023 and the last date to apply is October 3, 2023.
The educational qualification required for the JA posts is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The educational qualification required for the Clerk posts is a 12th pass with a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
The age limit for the JA posts is 21 to 40 years and the age limit for the Clerk posts is 18 to 40 years.
The selection for the JA posts will be done on the basis of a written examination and a skill test. The selection for the Clerk posts will be done on the basis of a written examination and a typing test.
The application fee for the JA posts is INR 100 for General Category and INR 50 for SC/ST/PwD candidates. The application fee for the Clerk posts is INR 50 for General Category and INR 25 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
