The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 notification will be released today, July 30, 2023 at iimcat.ac.in. The notification will contain all the details about the CAT 2023 exam, including the eligibility criteria, exam pattern, registration process, and exam dates.
The CAT 2023 exam will be held on November 26, 2023. The registration process for CAT 2023 will begin on August 2, 2023 and will end on September 13, 2023.
The application fee for CAT 2023 is ₹2,400 for general category candidates and ₹1,200 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
The CAT 2023 exam is a computer-based test (CBT) that will be conducted in three sessions. The exam will consist of three sections:
- Quantitative Aptitude: This section will test your knowledge of basic mathematics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.
- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: This section will test your understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
- Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning: This section will test your ability to interpret data and solve logical problems.
The CAT 2023 score is used by IIMs and other top B-schools in India for admission to their MBA programs. The CAT 2023 score is also used by some B-schools in other countries for admission to their MBA programs.
